On June 22, 2023, we inaugurated the CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT LABORATORY.

The University of Humanities and Economics in Łódź focuses on practice. Thanks to the Creative Development Laboratories, students have the opportunity to study under the supervision of specialists and gain practice using innovative technology and experience of the staff of the Łódź Airport. The cooperation enables AHE students to participate in activities and events organized by the Łódź Airport.

AHE and the airport have been cooperating for several years. Students of "Journalism and Social Communication" supported the "Santa's Landing" charity campaign and joint exercises of all airport and city services in the event of a disaster. During the recently concluded Forum Routes Europe 2023, students of the "Dance" major performed during the gala at EC 1, dancing in the performance "Awakening" based on "The Promised Land" directed by Adam Kupaj and choreographed by Gintautas Potokas.

“We still receive thanks and praise for this wonderful spectacle, co-created by AHE students. It was Broadway-level. Congratulations to you for being part of the great international cultural event that took place in Łódź. This performance and your participation in it caused shivers in the audience. I look forward to our further cooperation," said Dr. Anna Midera, President of Łódź Airport.

“Thank you for your cooperation so far and for supporting each other in various fields. It started with the "Internal Security" major and ended with the "Dance" major. We have many more ideas and I hope that we will continue to support each other," said Dr. Mariusz Olęrzałek, Vice-Rector for Education at AHE.

During the ceremony of unveiling the plaque informing about the cooperation, diplomas with thanks were given to students who took part in the play "Awakening" during the Routes Europe 2023 Forum.
